1:1 Coaching Sessions
The best things in my life have come from me getting out of my own way and simply receiving. Not from trying to force or make things happen. Surrender is a practice of letting go of fighting with or resisting the way things are - your current reality, your feelings, your circumstances, etc. When you surrender, you can finally hear your own wisdom and lead with trust instead of fear.
I’ve always been highly sensitive and my inner world used to completely overwhelm me. My emotions, my thoughts and reactions can be SO intense. My inner critic can be very very loud and relentlessly cruel. I’ve often felt like there was something wrong with me that other people didn’t have wrong with them. Surrender is the main thing I orient myself to - and with that has come learning how to surrender to my own inner world, without judging it or resisting it. Creating space between me and the thoughts and feelings to where I no longer identify so much with them and it’s easier for me to follow my intuition.
Surrender is not passive. It’s not that you don’t take action. It’s learning how to participate in your life without being ruled by fear, perfectionism, shame, overthinking, or the need to know outcomes first. Without the belief that “it’s all on me and I have to figure everything out if I’m gonna be ok.”
These sessions are for people who are tired of trying to control everything, fix themselves, or think their way into peace. We'll explore the fears, patterns, emotions, and protective parts that make it difficult to trust yourself and trust life. That’s the whole thing with surrender - it’s not really about how to do it. You already know how. It’s about changing the way you relate to the things that make it hard for you to relax and enjoy the journey.
My approach blends deep listening, emotional processing, intuitive insight, nervous system awareness, and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and soften into greater trust and alignment.
